Train Accident in Mt Wolf August 2012
Tractor Trailer driver heading into Mt Wolf Borough on Walnut Street, said he stopped at the stop sign before crossing the railroad tracks. Driver advised he looked both ways but did not see the train. As the tractor trailer crossed the tracks the driver said he heard the train horn and then felt the impact. The driver and train crew were not injured.

Mt Wolf Eagle Fire Company February 2015
The Eagle Fire Company of Mount Wolf Borough announce the company will become an Affiliate Member of the York Area United Fire and Rescue (YAUFR). The station number changed from number Station 22 to Station 89-6.. In 2018, they left YAFR and became Station 22 again.

Mt Wolf (Northeastern) Medical Center Closed Sept 2015

Mt Wolf was visited by History Channel American Pickers 2016
Craig Holler, of the Train Depot located in the old Mount Wolf train station, was visited by Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz of American Pickers.  Craig said a crew of several vans spent nine hours at his location. His property, father, trains and items were featured in the last 18 minutes of episode S16 E3  "Bound for Badness" which was aired October 7, 2016.

Mt Wolf teen's death ruled a homicide March 2017
Ahshantianna Johnson, 19, died of head trauma. Northeastern Regional Police are investigating the assault as a homicide and have some "persons of interest" they are attempting to locate, who may no longer be in the area, Chief Bryan Rizzo said. Read more.

Northeastern Senior Community Center 40th Anniversary Mt Wolf
     Mount Wolf Halloween Night Oct 2011 Trick or Treat night was held with pumpkin snowmen and snow on the ground. One house had over 400 children show up.
     Eagle Fire Company, held a chicken BBQ during the storm.during the storm. ";We did extremely well considering the weather we were having. We served over 200 meals and ran a total of 5 calls."
